Finally!

Hallelujah! My lawyer just called to say my condo is getting its temporary certificate of occupancy, at long last. I had been tracking some recent developments on the Department of Buildings website, and trying to compare my building's progress to other recently built ones I've noticed. There's no strict schedule to how things happen, but I thought a few of the various sign-offs required seemed to be a good indicator of the TCO coming within a couple of weeks, and I was right. So now we'll be hustling to close before my extended mortgage lock expires! I'll be moving soon, and it better be the last time for a long while! Whoohoo!
