I thought this part of the story was wonderful. How we deal with money and finances and, ultimately, who we are, is all determined by what we saw when we grew up. when figuring out yourself, it is important to know where you came from. I definitely get my ideas about money from my mom (whose motto is "you can't take it with you). I worry about my (future) husband and I. I totally related with "mom". I want things clean and beautiful now. My soon-to-be husband is a saver and thinks about retirement all day long.
