Yes, I've seen these on some pickup trucks. It's always pickup trucks.
But it makes me think about the dumb things I spend money on. (Never THIS dumb.)

They are fun to kick! Especially if you are frustrated, say... at not finding a good parking spot! Balls are made to be kicked :)
My friend was visiting from Austin when we first saw one of these...we laughed so hard we cried. How ballsy do you have to be to put these on your truck? LOL
