wow. that's disgusting. That kind of money would buy a nice home here in Wisconsin.
Maintenance $586 per month??? I thought the association fees here in southern california are bad. but the highest I've seen here is $300 per month.
the apartment price sounds similar to ones here. To spend all that money on a 400 sf mini-studio is *crinch*.

The sad thing is also that this is actually a really good price for a studio in Brooklyn Heights. They're often closer to $300,000 nowadays.
Yeah, but it's harder to make that kind of money in Wisconsin.
