Just in time... I've had such a busy summer, here's just a few of the free things I DIDN'T do! New York is such an expensive place to live, but if you want to, you can have an awful lot of fun without paying a penny...
Free swimming in Sunset Park (and other NYC public pools): they have evening adult lap-swimming hours!
Free yoga in parks
Free outdoor movies
Free concerts
Free kayaking (I did do this last summer...)
Free kids activities
Staten Island Ferry: a nice breeze and good views, for those who are too cheap for the Circle Line
NEXT summer, I am going to take better advantage of some of this stuff...
