Do you ever get bills that reek of men's cologne? Or do they just have that sort of inky odor? Or do they smell like Band-Aids? Right now I happen to have a fairly clean wad of cash that just smells slightly sweet, which seemed unusual.

Check the first two lines. Money usually reeks.
I liked your rent vs. buy analysis a lot. I am amazed at your analytics. I didn't quite think of buying a place with that detail. I only set a price point in rent for myself and used that as my threshold for deciding to buy. Sloppy, but it worked for me.
