As I was coming back from lunch just now, I overheard a conversation someone was having with the security guard in the lobby. I really like this guard, though he's new and I don't know his name yet. He's one of these gentle giant types who would look really scary except that he always has a sweet smile on his face.
I guess someone must have told him he looked a little tired, because I heard him say "Well, I only get 2 to 3 hours of sleep a night." When asked why, he said that he also worked another job, as a bouncer at a club. The person he was speaking to then said something like "yeah, yeah, you make the money, you spend the money..." but the security guard said "not me, I'm cheap! I put my money AWAY!"
Now I like the guy even more!

Hello! Madame X:
I just tried one of the translation functions (in Japanese). It works, but all of your entries turn out to be pretty twisted! It's actually very funny. Maybe it works better in other languages.
I don't know... 2 to 3 hours of sleep? After a few nights of that, I think the lack of sleep would lead me to make expensive mistakes and cause more health problems than the extra money would be worth. But maybe after a while you'd get used to getting by on only a few hours of sleep. I'm glad I don't have to work that many hours.
I hope it was worth it for him.
2-3 hours is not a lot of sleep, and no life to live, even if you are desperate to get out of debt...
Maybe he has a family, or parents to take care of who can't otherwise.
Smart man!
2-3 hours regularly can lead to serious health problems and that can be costly overriding all the extra money he makes.
I think it's great! He can sleep when he retires early with all of his money! I like him too and I haven't seen his smile! :)
It is possible to work two jobs and still get 7-8 hours per sleep each night. It depends on how flexible the second job is. He is a smart guy for saving his money. That way this lack of sleep can be a temporary thing.
