Congratulations! The interview has all the good advice and amusing commentary of your daily writing. It's a pretty good introduction to your blog for people who aren't yet reading it.

I thought the best piece of advice was the part about reinvesting in Real Estate, and not being scared.

This really hit home (pun intended) as I waited until I was 37 to buy my first home. I was so worried that I couldn't afford it or get appoved for a loan that I wasted a lot of time renting.

I made the mistake of only wanting to buy "the home" instead of "a home!"
