How about now, over a year later with a totally different economic outlook gripping our country? How much do you make now? Do you make more or less than you did a year ago? Do you still have a job? And this time, I'm also asking what your net worth is, and how it's changed over the last year. Please give us a little context as to your age, location, and work industry, and feel free to be as anonymous as you want. Pass this link on to your friends and encourage them to chime in too!

Net worth if you include 2 cars is about 80k. Wife going to school with her own savings, but I was paying rent + living expenses for her place for a year.
Not sure if I am in the right profession, but sounds like the money is not too bad compared to other 29 year olds. No point in comparing self to AIG, Goldman Sachs employees. ;)
On the whole life is good. No major complaints. Would like to buy a house someday but looks like we need to save up a down-payment.
46, Colorado, teacher make about $70K per year, net worth about $600K. Net worth is down since 2007 by about $200K from real estate and stock market.
I'm a 27 yr old married female living in SD, just graduated last month with my MBA (master's in business) and I'm currently making $36,000/yr with great benefits. The job market and wages in SD are just awful, so even if you have the highest level of education possible, it's still tough to make ends meet. I just accepted a job at a large university so my job security will be better, but I'm still making almost exactly what I made right out of school with my bachelor's.
