I Love...

...YOU, dear readers! A big Valentine's Day smooch (mwah!) to everyone who reads this blog and especially to those who leave all the wonderful comments. I want to keep you happy and well-entertained, so I thought I would ask if there is anything you'd like to see more of on this blog? Any particular questions you'd like answered? Anything you're sick of hearing about? Would you like to see more financial news and tips? More spreadsheets? More advice? More wacked-out neurotic navel-gazing? More James Brown? I aim to please, so don't be shy, just say it!

As some people say, personal finance is personal. We can get tips anywhere. I think we get a certain pleasure just hearing about how others tackle their finances. So more of that, X!!! And if you want to throw in some more about your beauty product spending......

More pics of the condo! You can close the drapes or angle the camera to not reveal your location...

My, why thank you. Right back at ya.

I love the sassy-ness of your writing, so do keep that up. I also like hearing about obscure events, viewpoints and other happenings. Keep up the personal finance stuff as you have it, but also keep up the interesting topics. I particularly liked the piece about you buying a water buffalo for your aunt -- who knew you could do that?! FANTASTIC!

I really like the way you give a breakdown of your monthly spending. Please keep doing that!

1. how your parents are doing.
2. more "rules"
3. the sequence in which to attain one's financial goals (or should some of the goals be achieved simultaneously)
ex: eliminate debt, set up emergency fund, save for housing, save for retirement, travel, etc etc.

And just Happy Valentine's Day to you!! Your blog is my favourite entertainment~~~

More navel gazing. Definitely. And more on your mysterious long-distance relationship. I had one of those and the impact on the finances is not small.

Also, I know this is silly, but could you maybe update your net worth more often? Like, monthly? I know this is bizarre, but it was so suspenseful waiting for your net worth statement after you bought your condo. I understood the delay that time, but come on! It's Feb 14 and you still have your 1/1/07 net worth up there. You're killing me.

Clearly I need to get a life. :)

Your blog is fantastic. Thanks for asking for suggestions, but obviously you're doing something right because so many of us keep coming back.

I just started reading your blog recently, and I've gotta say, its been pretty inspirational. I'm graduating from college in two and a half months and just accepted my first job. Clearly, I can use all the advice I can get!

Keep up the great work!
